Effective Treatments of Sports & Martial Arts Injuries

Over the centuries, Chinese martial arts masters have developed many remedies and treatments that speed healing and allow you to train hard and bounce back quickly. In this weekend seminar, Tom Bisio will teach how to take advantage of these ancient and time-tested methods, giving you an alternative, highly effective way to treat acute and chronic injuries.

Participants will be introduced to Die Da medicine, a method to treat trauma used by warriors and martial artists for thousands of years. This medicine is as applicable to sports injuries of today as it was to battlefield injuries of the past.

This how-to workshop combines demonstration, lecture and practice of immediately effective techniques. Learn a complete range of alternative healing strategies for injuries common to an active martial arts lifestyle. A must for instructors, students and martial arts competitors.
